The TruckinDigital project was a high-complexity design challenge: transforming a dense logistics ecosystem—ranging from journey management and document control to real-time cargo tracking—into an intuitive and fluid interface. The core objective was to simplify navigation for drivers and managers, ensuring technology acts as an operational facilitator rather than a barrier.
My work focused on restructuring the user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) for mobile and desktop environments. The strategic challenge was hierarchical feature grouping: how to organize dozens of critical tasks without overwhelming the user? The solution was to adopt an information architecture based on user context, prioritizing immediate actions and reducing cognitive load through simplified flows.
The result is a platform that balances robustness and simplicity. By applying consistent design system principles and optimized user journeys, we transformed fragmented manual processes into a cohesive digital experience. This not only drastically reduced the learning curve but also increased operational efficiency, allowing drivers and managers to focus on what matters: delivery.
