I was contracted to develop a user-centric web design for VisitListing, a client headquartered in Orlando, Florida, USA. VisitListing specializes in enabling brokers to purchase service packages for promoting their properties to potential buyers.
VisitListing aims to provide brokers with a seamless platform for showcasing their properties to interested buyers. My task is to create an intuitive web interface that maximizes user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to empower brokers. My approach involves in-depth user research and analysis to gain insights into brokers’ specific needs and preferences. This research will inform the design process, ensuring that the UI and UX align perfectly with brokers’ expectations, making it easy for them to purchase and utilize service packages.
The end result will be a website that not only reflects VisitListing’s brand identity but also streamlines the purchasing process and property promotion, enhancing brokers’ efficiency and effectiveness in reaching potential buyers.
My objective is to deliver a web design that amplifies VisitListing’s mission, helping brokers market their properties effectively and attracting potential buyers. This user-friendly platform will contribute significantly to VisitListing’s success in facilitating real estate transactions in the Orlando area.
